Bible Reading Plan

We near the end of our reading from the prophets with Joel and Jonah. Joel speaks on Godʻs love for us and Jonah finishes with a message of Godʻs grace through salvation for all.

What better way to lead into this Advent (which is a time of expectant waiting and preparation for both the celebration of the Nativity of Christ at Christmas and the return of Christ at the Second Coming) season than to praise Godʻs works and thank Him with Psalms. We finish the year in the Book of Luke where we read about Jesus and the life he lived on earth as a human without sin who becomes the perfect sacrifice and Savior of all mankind.

If you are looking for a daily devotional, we recommend reading one Proverb a day, starting with Proverbs 1 on the first day of the month and when you finish the month, start again the next month.
